About

Britt is a Reiki practitioner trained in Usui Reiki II, Quantum Touch, CHIOS Energy Healing and currently studying Qi Gong and Nei Gong.

"I’m continually inspired by the powerful shifts I witness through Reiki, and I'm deeply dedicated to supporting my clients on their healing journeys. So many of us carry trauma, pain, anger, sadness, and other heavy emotions that become trapped in the body and sometimes traditional therapies are not effective. Reiki offers another way to soften those layers, let go of what’s been held for too long, and reconnect with joy and feeling alive again."

In addition to Reiki, Britt writes and illustrates children's books, enjoys music and cooking, spends time walking in nature with her husband and pug, and researching new discoveries and techniques in mind body healing.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is all about helping you slow down, reset, and feel like yourself again. If you’re stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, dealing with anxiety, or just craving deep relaxation, Reiki energy healing can gently bring your body and mind back into balance.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese energy healing technique founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. Today, Reiki therapy is widely recognized as a powerful complementary wellness practice that supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Clients often report improved sleep, mental clarity, emotional balance, and an overall sense of peace after just one session.
What can Reiki help with?
- Stress and anxiety relief
- Emotional healing and release
- Better sleep
- Chakra balancing and energy alignment
- Feeling “stuck” or disconnected
- Overall mind-body wellness
Reviews
"I was referred to Britt from a friend and after years of talk therapy not really resolving much, I thought I'd give Reiki a try. Britt has a certain strength that I trust and our sessions have brought up so much stuff for me. Stuff I didn't even know was still lurking in there. Reiki has helped me process deep emotional wounds in a subtle but profound way. I'm able to do my job now with more joy and not feeling like a toxic mess."
